Join Us as a Walk4Humanity (W4H) Ambassador
August 24, 2025 | 11 AM – 4 PM | Sunset Junction to Western Ave, Los Angeles
The TransLatin@ Coalition is honored to welcome you as a Walk Ambassador for Walk4Humanity (W4H)—an inspiring 2-mile walk through the heart of Los Angeles, from Silver Lake to Hollywood, on Saturday, August 24th.
In today’s urgent political climate, this walk is more than a community event—it’s a united stand. Together, we walk to raise awareness and funds for a new community center that will expand life-saving services for Two Spirit, trans, gender expansive, and intersex (2TGI) individuals in Los Angeles.
What It Means to Be a W4H Ambassador
As a Walk4Humanity Ambassador, you are one of the powerful voices helping us mobilize community, uplift stories, and drive impact. Here's how you can get involved:
Share Your Why: Create and post a personal testimonial that finishes the sentence, “I’m walking for…”
Spread the Word: Post media assets provided by the W4H team across your social platforms.
Fundraise with Us: Create your personal fundraising page and invite your network to support or join your team.
Your Media Toolkit
To make your ambassador journey seamless, we've created a comprehensive Media Toolkit, which includes:
Step-by-step guide to creating a team page on GoFundMe Pro (formerly Classy), our fundraising platform
Ready-to-share social media graphics, reels, and stories
Suggested captions and hashtags to boost your visibility
Prompts to help you craft content that feels authentic and impactful
While we offer sample language and templates, we encourage you to express your voice freely. Make the message your own—just be sure to tag us and use the campaign hashtags so we can amplify your voice.
Let’s Walk.
Let’s Rise.
Let’s Build Together.
Join us in this bold demonstration of strength, resilience, and unity. Together, we’ll walk to create a more just and inclusive future for our 2TGI family.
